3 orange hopes

this week, while i'm at the orange conference - there are 3 things that i'm personally hoping for:

1. to tell the stories of children's ministry leaders who are discovering and implementing new ways of influencing the church and home. that's what i'll be doing right here on the blog.

2. to challenge my own way of thinking and further develop some theories that are rolling around in my head about how to influence (non) traditional families inside and outside of the church.

3. to connect w/others, both new and old children's ministry friends! to encourage and to be encouraged.

(oh, and of course my secret hope is to act totally cool when i meet rev run!)

My hope for this week is to learn as much as possible through those of you who are at Orange. I can't be there, but that doesn't mean I can't get something out of it. Keep the posts coming.
