PERSONAL CONSULTING SESSIONS

Providing a personal and customized leadership development plan for Children's Ministry Directors. Consulting sessions include regluar meetings designed to improve each leader's effectiveness. Sessions include strategies for: Volunteer Recruiting & Training, Curriculum Development, Implementing Security Procedures, and Maximizing the Classroom Environment. 

Personal attention from Lead Consultant Amy Dolan including: 1:1 meetings via phone or video chat, and access to Amy via email for questions, networking, and resources. Minimum 6 meetings. 

ONE TIME CONSULTATION

Providing a 1-Hour, 1-Time Consultation for the purpose of creative brainstorming or practical problem solving. Many clients choose this before planning a new season of ministry, or prior to hosting a volunteer training, or in the midst of choosing a new curriculum. After the consultation, a follow up email including additional helpful resoures is provided.
