What's in the Bible? Volume 12 {& Giveaway}

What's in the Bible Volume 12 has arrived -- Letters from Paul. i'm always excited & super proud when we release a new volume of curriculum. it's a tremendous labor of love that lori and i pour our creative little hearts into. we target each series towards the small-to-medium size church and as we write we imagine those churches using the lessons in their small classrooms, with little budget, and limited supplies, trying their best each sunday to share god's love and his word with their children. we're thrilled to offer a high quality, media rich curriculum for these very churches.
volume 12 is particularly special to us, as this marks year four that we've been working on the series, with only one volume to go until the entire series is complete. phil always planned for the series to run for 13 volumes, and as always, he's right on track. we've finished the script and outline for the final volume which we'll start writing later this month, and we'll plan to release in early spring 2014.
when the series is complete, there will be 52 weeks of What's in the Bible? Curriculum perfect for your children's ministry classroom. i'm currently using the series at my church -- willow chicago -- along with the Tru curriculum. we're going through the Big God Story, and once a month in place of Large Group Storytelling, we're doing a movie day for the kids. the What's in the Bible? videos are perfect for movie day because i can easily insert the bible story that matches the curriculum plan.

Glad to hear the mix of Tru and WITB are working well for you...I know our church kids love it.
Excited to see 12, but sorry to hear the series coming to an end...'course, you can't really go further than the end :)
I LOVE (and use all the time) the clips on salvation and our need for a rescuer from Volume 1! It has totally affected the language I use when I talk with kids about salvation.

I have to say my favorite clip right now is from the Christmas video: Why do we call it Christmas? There's just something about flying squirrels delivering invitations that I enjoy.
