our vision from the first day of writing the curriculum has been to bring the bible to life through new tools that help churches and families raise a generation of christians that know what they believe and know how to live those beliefs in front of a watching world.

customizable after leading a children's ministry and purchasing curriculum that wouldn't allow me to adapt to my context, creating a flexible format was super important. the what's in the bible? curriculum offers a word document perfect for adding, deleting, or tweaking. you make the lesson perfect for your kids.
easy to use we wanted lessons with as few instructions & supplies as possible in order to put volunteers and small group leaders in charge. we know it's not good for a small group leader to be buried in her lesson plan. she should be leading a conversation and facilitating an experience. our hope is that the lessons will serve as an outline so that leaders can be fully present with their children.
unique biblical content when i'm traveling and people ask about the curriculum, i love to say that we teach the biblical stories while also teaching about the bible. in the series, as children learn the old & new testament stories they're also learning where the bible comes from, who wrote it, how we got it, how we know we can trust it, and how all of the books come together to tell one story. i love this!
